What is Microblading?

Microblading is one of the newest trends in eyebrows; a semi-permanent procedure, where pigment is implanted into the skin with a manual, hand-held tool that is composed of various needles to form a "blade". The effect created from microblading leaves eyebrows looking very natural, with a feathered look, that will last from 1 to 3 years.

Clients often ask if microblading hurts? The blade does not penetrate as deep as the traditional tattoo, leaving the procedure not as painful. Prior to microblading the client is given a numbing cream over the eyebrows. After 20 to 30 minutes the numbing cream takes effect, leaving the client with the sensation of pressure, not pain.
